I wish there was a sign to say hotel check in ahead. I parked in the garage off Lucky street and had to walk a ways around construction to get to the hotel check in. Needless to say, it was an unpleasant experience and they let. The gist is, the guy received services, but didn't have the money. I could hear every detail of what went on with the two subjects, which I won't repeat here. They were all gathered in the hall, talking loudly and even leaning on my door. There was screaming and yelling and questioning by the police. There were about 10 or so security and police questioning the guy across from my room and an apparent prostitute, who had a money dispute with the guy. Then there was a big commotion in the hallway.

On my final night's stay I was awoken to screaming at 4:30 a.m. It was a bit of a hassle going in and out of elevator from the lobby as you have to hand the elevator guy your key each time and it gets swiped and then you can use it. The room was clean and updated and I couldn't hear much elevator traffic, so I didn't complain. I had asked for a quiet room away from the elevator, so was disappointed to get a room right by the elevator.

It’s providing rides to treatment and places to stay for people who have to seek treatment far from home. It's providing free information for people dealing with the disease. There are so many ways that the money our team raises helps. We all have different reasons for participating but we share a determination to help save lives from breast cancer. And walking and raising money in our local American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event is the best way we can do that. We've formed a team because this cause is important to us.
